What is my sentence?

My sentence is "He contribute to the good world".

Because I have not found what I really want to do yet, my sentence is very abstract.
But whatever way I will choose, I would like to contribute to the others and community.  

Chapter 1

As author said, leaders have to set concrete goals, I think.  A leader who does not have clear goal, is not real leader because the kind of person cannot lead people and cannot make team together.  Because followers are people who sympathize with the leaders goal,  leader has to set a clear goal for leading followers. But setting clear goal is not enough for good leader. Leader have to communicate with followers to tell them leaders' goal. Leader has to make own mind and goal clear, but also leader has to make followers' mind and goal clear. If leader cannot do that, the organization can't be one team. So leader needs to not only set clear goal but also tell the goal to followers.

Self Introduce

Let me introduce myself.
I am Toshihisa Endo. Please call me Toshi.
I live in Urawa in Saitama prefecture. As you know, my hometown has great football club, Urawa Reds. If I don't live in Urawa, I might be not interested in soccer.
Now, I belong to ultimate frisbee team in ICU. Ultimate is the most fantastic sports ever for me. In my opinion, ultimate is more exciting sports rather than soccer, even though I love soccer.
